BMW Z3 Butt Strut

Compatibility
All BMW Z3 coupe and convertible models.

Note that due to the positioning of the cross bar, you will likely lose approximately 1/2" of ground clearance at the back of the car. This is a non-issue on stock or near-stock suspensions. If your car is lowered, please check and confirm clearances for your car before ordering.

What's Included

• Strut bar with body brace mounting holes. 6061-T6 aluminum 1/2" thick, finished in black winkle powder coat
• 2 3/16" laser-cut aluminum spacers
• 2 3/8" laser-cut aluminum spacers
• 2 Butt Nut custom stainless steel attachment nuts, replaces factory M14 nuts

Installation
Installation can be done with a jack and jack stands, but is far easier on a lift. The only required tool is a 22mm socket. The factory subframe bolts are torqued to just over 100ft-lbs, so a breaker bar or impact wrench makes the job go much quicker.
