  • HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER

    There are two ways to remit:


    (1)
     
    Send a cashiers check, money order, or personal check made payable to Paul Ebeyer, we operate this little "cottage Industry" under our own name to keep things simple. Most regular mail reaches us in 3 days from anywhere in the country so the delay is minimal. We are not set up for taking credit cards directly.

    OR:

    (2) Remit through  Paypal . PAYPAL is the only remittance method  if you are an international customer.  Our Paypal merchant account is
     paypalatstrongstrut@cox.net   a 3% processing charge will be added for a Paypal remittance for USA shipments and 3.9% for international
    shipments.
     

    (2)  PayPal is available at http://www.paypal.com  At PayPal, you can use any major credit card or even your checking account. PayPal will debit the account you provide them, and send the correct amount to the Strong-Strut merchant account. Our Merchant account is paypalatstrongstrut@cox.netThe transaction will show up on your monthly statement from the account you specified, just like any retailer charge.  PayPal is a highly secure site and we have utilized their service for 10 years without a single problem or issue. If you are not already a member, simply go to their home page and follow the links to join. There are no fees involved and the procedure is simple and secure.


    Shipping:
     
    We have several methods of shipping depending upon many factors. Outside the continental US, we ship through the U.S. Postal Service due to customs requirements and reasonable fees. Canadian shipments generally run $55 to $65, depending on distance and weight of the item ordered. All shipments in the U.S. may travel by UPS,  or the U.S. mail system depending upon circumstances. All items are both distance, time, and weight sensitive with all carriers for purposes of calculating their fees. We are familiar with all these variations and have established the shipping fees for each of our products on the "averaging method."  Our fees do not include our costs for the shipping cartons, packing materials and tape, final product inspection, time for packaging and transporting to the appropriate shipping depot. These items are viewed as overhead and are included in the list price of the product.

    Customers in the United Kingdom and other international orders,. PayPal is available in most international locations and is the only method for remitting.
