I’ve just taken delivery of the E39 Strong strut, from Roy, at Ca Automotive, for my 540i & damn it’s cool!! It fits like it was a factory accessory, looks awesome & has definitely made a big difference when charging into corners as well as flicking through traffic.
After a very intense time with the strong strut, I can definitely say it’s made a big difference! At higher (100mph+) speeds the car feels totally different & I can easily jump between traffic on the motorway with absolutely no loss of confidence. I drove just over a thousand miles in it over last weekend on the 1st stage of the Gumball 3000, & what a difference! The car feels totally confident in being thrown across 2 lanes of traffic at 150mph & back again.
